Same day delivery in Dubai
Orders and Delivery
We offer same day delivery across Dubai using our own dedicated drivers. Orders placed before our daily cut off are delivered the same day. Orders placed after cut off or on the weekend will be delivered the next available day.
Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout on our website. Once your order is placed, the details are sent directly to our delivery and support WhatsApp. Our team will then confirm your order, arrange a delivery slot that suits you, and dispatch a driver.
We accept essentially every payment method to keep things simple:
- Card payment via secure link on WhatsApp
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery paid to the driver
- Card on delivery our drivers carry a card reader
Yes. Same day delivery is available across Dubai. We also deliver to other Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, typically on a next day basis. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm delivery options for your area.
Since we use our own in house drivers, you'll receive live updates directly on WhatsApp. Our team will let you know when your driver is on the way and provide an estimated arrival time, so you don't have to wait around.
Yes. Just message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order. As long as your order hasn't already been dispatched with a driver, we can adjust items, change the address, or cancel it entirely.
No problem. Reach out on WhatsApp and we'll reschedule your delivery to a time that works better, or arrange for the driver to drop the order with someone else at your address. We're flexible and will always try to make it convenient.
New stock is landing every few weeks as part of our Dubai launch. If something you want is unavailable, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know the expected restock date or suggest a suitable alternative.
If something isn't right
Returns and Support
We offer returns on unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of peptides and supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a return.
We apologise for the mix up. Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange for the correct item to be delivered as quickly as possible, often the same day, and collect the wrong item at no cost to you.
Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We'll process a replacement or refund immediately and arrange collection of the damaged product.
Just message us on WhatsApp as soon as you realise. Because we work directly with our own drivers, updating a delivery address is quick and easy as long as the order hasn't already been dispatched.

Yes. We do not store card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI compliant payment processors. Your personal details are never shared with third parties and your privacy is taken seriously.
Absolutely. All orders are delivered in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding indicating the contents. Our drivers are professional and respect your privacy at all times.
Yes, in almost all cases your order will arrive in a single delivery from one of our drivers. For larger orders containing items that need different storage conditions, we may split the delivery and notify you on WhatsApp in advance.
